Pretty much anything, and that flexibility is one of the biggest reasons brands love a Sprint. Around half of our clients are paid social teams who just want fresh video ads and static ads to test, so that’s a big one. Plenty use them purely for organic social, keeping a library that’s always on so they never go stale. It goes well beyond that too: lifestyle imagery, client testimonials, founder films, product stills, UGC. We come in, film for the day, and you walk away with the lot.

Yes. We’re based across the South West and London and shoot right across the UK, and we’ve run Sprints abroad too. There’s a small additional fee for travel outside our base, which we’ll agree up front in your agreement, but it tends to be fairly low.

Not quite, and this is standard practice in content production. We keep the underlying copyright, but you get a full, perpetual, worldwide licence to use everything we deliver across paid, organic and owned channels. That licence is yours for good, we can’t revoke it, and we’ll never hand your content to another client. The only thing you can’t do is resell or sub licence it on to someone else.

Edits are included, and within your 48 hour edit window revisions are unlimited. As soon as a piece is delivered you can come back with comments and we’ll sort them. In practice we rarely find much needs changing, because we agree the detail up front in pre production. If a lot of revisions come up, it usually means the planning could have been tighter, so we put the work in early to avoid it. After the 48 hour window, extra edits are billed at £45 an hour, and the more revisions you ask for, the longer it takes us to work back through everything.

We’re ambitious with what we deliver, because the more you get out of your Sprint the better the return, and we genuinely want that for you. It does still have to fit within the time the Sprint allows, so we give it everything and often work a little past the 48 hours to get there. Most of the time everything we agreed gets edited and delivered. Once in a while a shoot day sparks extra ideas and you decide to capture more, and some of that might not make the final edit. That’s where the £45 an hour rate comes in, to finish off any extra pieces beyond what was planned.

It’s very unlikely, and here’s why. By the time we shoot anything, we’ve agreed all the deliverables up front in pre production. A lot of it is storyboarded or closely scripted, and you can see plenty of examples of our past work and typical output, so there’s very little guesswork about what comes back. If something isn’t landing, we’ll always work with you to get it to a place you’re genuinely happy with. In the rare case you’d still rather have a refund, that’s absolutely fine. The only thing to bear in mind is that you won’t be able to use any of the content, as we can’t grant you the licence to use it once it’s refunded.
